Shipping Area Currently - Ellenzi ships exclusively to the United Kingdom.
Shipping Method Orders - Items are shipped via Colissimo and equivalent carriers, depending on destination and availability. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Delivery Time Average - Delivery time to the United Kingdom is 7 to 12 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs procedures or carrier constraints. We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly and securely. If your order is not delivered within 20 business days, you have the right to request the cancellation of the delivery and a full refund of your purchase amount.
